How to Start a Return

To begin a return you must do so, as soon as your order is at your delivery point. 
Product returns must be approved in writing before being sent back to our yard.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 Return Fees & Conditions

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you received the wrong item:
    • No restocking fees apply
    • Free return shipping
    • We’ll send the correct item at no extra cost

 Delivery & Inspection

Our trained Alluvial drivers handle all deliveries with care.
When your order arrives:

  • Inspect it immediately with the driver present.
  • If there’s an issue, the driver will know. Our team members are trained on our exceptional quality deliverance promise—they’ll be able to accurately document the issue in a timely manner and contact the customer care team with you to resolve the issue on the spot.

Once the Bill of Lading (BOL) is signed and delivery photos are approved by you, you are signing that your order is up to standard and we cannot process returns or refunds thereafter.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are made from natural geological materials. Some minor breakage—especially with delicate items like standing flagstone—is normal and part of their unique character. If you have questions on what normal breakage is, please reach out to our customer care team before your orders delivery.

Damage caused while unloading by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds may take time to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Exchanges will be delivered within 48 hours of your order issue. 
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved please contact us at info@alluvial.store.
